The homeowner receives contaminant-specific guidance, alternative-water instructions when appropriate, and the correct public-health, medical, plumbing, well, or treatment referral.
Examples requiring a defined protocol
Confirmed E. coli, significant nitrate or nitrite, materially elevated lead or arsenic, and other results designated by the validated methodology.
