Auraven coordinates residential sample collection, independent laboratory analysis, educational interpretation, and delivery of an Auraven Water Profile. Auraven is not represented as the analytical laboratory, a medical provider, a public water utility, a plumber, or a treatment installer.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate property, water-source, contact, and access information.
- Ensure an adult age 18 or older is present during the service window.
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the sampling location.
- Follow any preparation instructions supplied before collection.
Laboratory results and limitations
Results apply to the submitted sample, collection point, date, laboratory method, and selected panel. Untested contaminants are not treated as absent. Reports are educational and do not diagnose illness, guarantee water safety, or certify legal compliance.
Scheduling and payment
Appointments remain subject to availability, payment confirmation, weather, laboratory requirements, and safe property access. Pricing and inclusions are shown before checkout. Applicable cancellation and refund terms are incorporated into these Terms.
Health and urgent findings
Auraven may provide urgent-result guidance and professional referrals, but customers should contact emergency services, a healthcare professional, a health department, or another qualified authority when immediate health concerns exist.
Liability and disputes
Final limitations of liability, warranty disclaimers, dispute procedures, and governing-law language must be completed by legal counsel before launch.
