Information collected

  • Name, email address, phone number, booking information, and support-message information.
  • Water Check questionnaire responses, testing interests, property ZIP code, and referral or campaign information submitted with the questionnaire.
  • Property address, water source, home-age range, access notes, and appointment details.
  • Selected package, payment status, laboratory identifiers, test results, and report history.
  • Technical information such as browser, device, security logs, and cookie preferences.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide requested Water Check recommendations, respond to testing inquiries, schedule service, collect samples, coordinate laboratory work, process payment, deliver reports, communicate urgent findings, provide support, prevent fraud, measure campaign performance, and improve operations.

Service providers

Auraven may share the minimum necessary information with payment processors, authentication providers, scheduling providers, laboratories, communications vendors, and professional advisers. Customer conversations and test results should not be sold to advertisers.

Data security

Auraven’s systems should use encrypted transmission, access controls, secure authentication, audit logging, and a PCI-compliant payment provider. Full card numbers and security codes should not be stored by Auraven.

Retention and customer choices

Customers may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal, laboratory, payment, and recordkeeping requirements. Final retention periods and privacy-request contact details must be completed before launch.

Children

The service is intended to be purchased by adults and is not designed for children to create accounts independently.
